  • With the API integration, CAR-LO has the ability to track every container ship or airplane worldwide, by doing so we have made possible to match the gps with the transportation method, be it airplane or cargo ship and change the transmission numbers of the gps to preserve battery life. When the cargo arrives by truck close to the ship, the system detects the proximity of the Api signal and switches to this one reducing the number of transmissions by GPS. In this way the battery is preserved and you don’t need to do anything by software.

  • When the operator puts the GPS in the pallet or cargo, he scans the QR code by opening the app on his device and coupling it with the official name of the transportation method. For example: by simply putting the name of the ship the cargo is being transported CAR-LO will live track the ship until the final destination of our cargo.

  • It depends on many factors: the number of detections the GPS performs daily and the kind of transport: by ship or train, etc. In general we can say that the minimum duration is two months while the maximum up to 12 months. The battery can be recharged with a normal USB cable. With Remote configuration we can change the number of transmissions (increase or decrease them based on clients requirements).

  • In our software CAR-LO users can create specific geozones in the map. In this way, for example, you can be informed if your transport arrives at customs and is subject to inspection.

  • We won't ask you money if your GPS is lost or stolen. We can do this because the cost of the hardware has already been covered by the initial purchase of the service.

  • You’ll be surprised. It is by far the lowest on the market. We invented a system thanks to which the GPS device can change hands after each transport and is suitable for everyone.
